We want you to love your Zen e-bike. If you are not satisfied, our 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible the bike must be in original condition, undamaged, with minimal wear, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

Email support@zenebikes.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original and return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, and used or damaged items not covered by warranty, may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your bike arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@zenebikes.com and we will make it right.
